I'm honored to serve the Westchester Community as a member of the Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team.
1 in 3 women die of heart attack or stroke, yet 80% of these deaths are preventable with simple lifestyle changes. Through the Go Red for Women movement, the Heart Association rallies women to become aware of their risk and empowers them to take action to improve their health. Since Go Red’s inception in 2004, heart disease deaths have been cut by 30%, saving 275 American women’s lives every day. However, there is still more work to be done - heart disease remains the number one killer of women, claiming more lives than all forms of cancer combined.
Heart disease and stroke have touched the lives of the people I love. I'm committed to being a relentless force for a world of longer and healthier lives.
